This is a great piece which combines my love of collage with local history. This work features recognizable images of St. Augustine, FL, as well of one of its most contributive citizens, visionary Henry Flager, the railroad and luxury hotel pioneer who wished great things for Florida's "oldest city". The gathering kites add a whimsical and dreamy element, as Flagler and two of his colleagues enjoy a lofty tour of their growing city.
