Rachelle Moes is an artist currently living in the Philadelphia metro area. Trained as an educational facilitator in Australia and the US, she has experience using acrylics, watercolor, mixed media, as well as business logo design. Her work has shown at several art festivals, including the Riverside Fine Arts Festival, Dancing in the Streets, Arts in the Park and at the North Beaches Artwalk. Rachelle has worked as a local art instructor for the First Coast Young Rembrandts program, and is a founding member of the North Beaches Artwalk Association in Jacksonville, Florida.

Aside of her own artistic pursuits, Rachelle is a trained facilitator in the Osborne-Parnes Creative Problem Solving process and Polarity Management, as accredited by the Creative Education Foundation. She worked as the Creative Director for RJW Fine Art Partner to help connect fine artists with new client audiences.
